They prepare your groceries you just bring bags or boxes to carry them in

Canned foods as long as there is no rusting on bottom or top after said experation date is fine. Im a canned food consumer and know that quite well. Just please check for rusting on cans even peel off paper from can to check sides and be sure to keep it all organized so you know what products you are going through. So be aware of that rust and be sure top is clean. Because I know I have seen and recieved canned foods that HAVE NOT HIT EXPIRATION DATE AND HAD RUSTING ON CAN SO CHECK THEM PLEASE

So if you register for 2 people you get the same amount of food as if u had 1 person but if you register food for 3 people thats the only way to get more food. Also some times the food is skimpy and sometimes they get some good healthy food but definitely not the best food bank but its better than nothing

Not sure about the ages but let them know if you need food that you don't have to cook...

Yes! Much needed. As long as it's not expired, by the way.

There are a personal or family assistance . You can call them & ask. Google the location YOU need . In Inglewood they Tuesday's & Friday's I guess 9am- 12noon .🌈
