Pizza is hit or miss, depending on how busy they are. Complaints are taken by telephone for owner but he never calls you back. That suggest that there are many complaints he cant keep up or does not care very much. Hand toss pizza is excellent when outside of busy hours.

No one answering phones at 7:30 on a Friday. Seriously? Let it ring for at least 5 minutes with no answer. Pizza Hut is right down the road, don't waste your time here.

It has been more than one time with late delivery and cold pizza. Yes I asked them to leave it at my.door. BUT they were so silent I didn't even know they dropped my pizza off and it was cold when I realized that it was sitting on my porch!!! Every delivery service I have ever dealt with has knocked before driving away. Not only that, but there has also been times that I have picked up and the pizza that was cold. No remedies and noone seemed to care. I love my hometown and figured I'd give them another try, but unfortunately I will be going out of town if I want fox's pizza anymore. It was not worth another call to complain but I'd like to warn people before they order. I get when people are busy but commutation is key. And that they do not have. It saddens me to leave a bad review but it continues to happen so I needed to say something. Hopefully this will help the future customer service.
