Good service but poor polish application, which beats the point on a manicure. 1st four photos were taken morning after my 6pm manicure appointment. The rest show my nails <4 days old. My appointment started minutes late and I would have appreciated a courtesy “I’m running late I’ll be with you in X minutes”. The staff was fairly pleasant during manicure. Good hand massage session. If I read reviews from 6 months a go maybe I would have different expectations. The owner was also open to a resolution.
