Really bad experience , waste of time .

My 2 pence

Pharmacy staff are very slow. They do not care that you just spent a cpl hours in urgent care or an MD office (or just worked a double) and are waiting for scripts to be filled in the store. 1 RX can take upwards of an hour. The lines are crazy and even if 3 or 4 ppl are working in the pharmacy, only 1 is working the register. I think they are passive aggressive on purpose, bc they are miserable-just a theory. A little human decency goes a long way..you know: a lil smile, a 'have a nice day' ; I know it's exhausting🙄 but trust me, it feels good n it gets easier each time u do it! Would not be opposed to automating this service.
