Had a very good experience at this Northridge Best Buy. Excellent, friendly, well informed staff and service. Suggested a great TV. Had it installed today and it is simply excellent. Can't imagine anything better. Delivery and install were top notch. Also picked up a new AV Receiver and BluRay player. All awesome. Really fun to watch the Dodgers now lol. Or movies. Highly recommend this location. Assuming they're all good, but can't speak to that. But I would hope so. I hadn't been to a BB in quite a while. Was relieved to find it was still a great place to shop for AV great and tech. I'll be back soon to get some security cameras, with their excellent installer crew. Sure beats trying to put stuff in myself. They were fast, courteous and efficient. Going into the store vs shopping online on their site was much preferable. Real time advice and being able to see everything well displayed in person was better for me. Looking for anything they carry? Don't hesitate to avail yourself of their expertise.

I was greeted with a welcoming smile 😃. Friendly, knowledgeable, well groomed, and honest staff. I found what I wanted with the help of a sales person. Unfortunately, there where no father's day specials. 😞

Friendly staff. Approached many times offering assistance. Went for a micro SD card for the Switch. Saw they had it online but decided to just go and get it in person since it’s Memorial Day I wanted to see if they had sales on appliances. They didn’t have the SD card on the floor so I asked an associate. He looked for in the back real quick and came back and handed it to me. I looked at the appliances and had at least 5 ppl ask me if I needed assistance. Overall, it was a great visit.

Came to Best Buy to pick up my 30W Google Compatible Type C charger. Sara was great! She actually went the extra mile to help me out! Some of the reps were sarcastic when I asked about a Google product but, she was helpful and very professional. The store could be better organized. Lots of products were in stock and not even out on the floor, which seemed odd since there were so many people working there. A couple reps were looking at me as if I was going to steal something which was sad. At least I got my charger. I just wish the staff was more friendly.

First off, you are not asking Best Buy but the Google Community. That being said, Geek Squad does iPhone repair. I don't think it's a repair while you wait service. You may be able to drop it off in the morning and maybe pick it up that evening. They say 1 day turn around but under shipping it said 1-2 days. It may be better to try FixIt in the mall, they state 15-45 minutes. They do it right in front of you, while you wait or you can go get a Wetzel Pretzel or an Orange Julius and come back in a bit.

Blu brand unlocked cellphones don't come with Sim Card or MicroSD memory card. However, if your carrier can provide you with a Sim card, the cellphone will work. I am answering part of your question with my "Blu Bold Like Us" cellphone. p.s. older/cheaper blu phones have a regular size Sim card slot. The newest versions have a Micro Sim card slot.
