Zara, what we would do if you weren't? :). Can’t not stop at Zara stores. I mean who can miss a decent sale? I won’t tell you that I find something on every visit. There are good days for shopping here and some that are not.

i will NEVER come to zara again even tho i love their clothing. fitting rooms are closed so you have to buy and return anything that doesn’t fit (annoying in itself)! when you go back to return the line wraps around half the store. i’ve been waiting for 45 min. they only have 2 cashiers working meanwhile they have like 6 associates running around the floor doing little!

Ordered 4 items to pickup at store, go to cash register, nobody in line, shop relatively empty and not crowded. After being ignored by the 2 cashiers for a minute chitchatting about their coffee experience, I am told a store associate will support, ok. Then instantly the cashier telling me to not "block" (remember shop almost empty and NOBODY standing for check-out) the cash register area as it's reserved for customer....seriously, I am not a customer??? I returned all I ordered immediately (eventhough I really loved it) and cashier asking me for the reason, hahaha...I will never buy again at Zara

ZARA as a company has to have the worst cashiers or system installed. Literally the longest I have ever seen. However, they are consistently this way. If you look at my other reviews. It is very clear ZARA needs something better then this. The line to pay is outside the store.
