Apartment is fine but definitely overpriced. Been here a year and both summers our AC has not kept up with heat. Last summer when I called I got to find a snarky message on the residents portal about how I was very upset that my apartment was hotter than it was outside. 2x this week I've called and gotten sent straight to voicemail, including now while I sit in my 80° apartment and maintenance ignores my request to fix it during a heat wave. Update: upon move-out the complex is telling us our NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit and pet deposit suddenly doesn't cover a small amount of carpet damage, which they are trying to have us pay $500 for. Still can't reach anyone at the office. Don't move in here.

Patrick came today and took care of all my issues quickly and efficiently. Thank you Patrick for also taking the time to show me how to disconnect the burners on my store so I can do a better job of cleaning it. Thanks you everyone at the Office, Collette, Kim and Judy. I’v been here for five years and having always been treated with respect by the entire team.

Cumberland Crossing is no different than any Section 8 complex you find in Woonsocket. It's Woonsocket with lipstick. Not worth the outrageous rent.

If I can do 0 stars I would ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Applied last month on the 25th . Till this day I still haven’t gotten an answer , called them telling them I no longer wanted to continue the process and asked for my refund. The constant calls and emails & always an issue on there end , not being able to do the screening . Just horrible communication. I decided to go with another complex because this is just outrageous.

Unsure. People are always moving in and out though.
I believe that was abit rude, I am an adult and a answer from who you are, is disgraceful. An adult or professional person would know the answer to the question,I am provided with a Housing Choice Voucher and I am not going to answer any other disturbed questions as that was. I will be reporting the individual this is. Rather the response of showing immaturity.
