Horrible first time experience and customer service at this location is less than one star. I ordered over the phone because the online system wasn’t working, I called and the employee putting everything in told me I’m good to go but didn’t tell me how much my card was being charged for 1 pizza & dessert. Big mistake for $40 for 1 person led me to receiving my order and two items we’re missing including the half done “apple dip” that I never tried- no cinnamon sticks or soda, I was excited to try for the first time. Wow it was a mess. I called the store back to get everything fixed for me and all they could offer me was a re-delivery on my missing items but no refund. There is no policy at all on the website that says no refunds. That’s all I wanted was the refund for the items I did not receive, I didn’t want someone else’s hands put back on it and brought back out. Bad customer service and it’s just sad, at this point of our lives we just need to stay home and make our own food all the time.

Dominos said they were part of supporting Beverly baseball. They have 4 coupons buy one pizza get one free. When we arrived the refused to honor the coupon. Saying Beverly discontinued when the coupons cost us 20 to support baseball and it's only for Beverly. Shame on you. You get the free advertisement from Beverly baseball the screw the customer when they get there. The total came to 27 for 2 medium pizzas. Meanwhile they offer a deal for the same pizza online for 5.99 each. I did talk to the manager and she offered me a refund or credit. She was very nice. I still don't understand while my daughter was there they countnt give her the one pizza free

I hope the staff is getting paid livable wages here, because they do the best with what they’ve got.. which isn’t much. It took them a long time to make my order today at no fault of their own. They didn’t have enough ingredients to meet the demand tonight and they were waiting on a shipment but the two people working were working to get deliveries and carry-outs ready quickly. Thank you
