Yes they are.
They're closed on sundays. Open 11:30am to 9pm mon thru thu and 11:30am to 10pm fri and sat. I believe lunch menus are available till 4 then they switch to dinner menus.

Call them. This is an improper question for this forum. This a public forum of insight and opinion. A proper question might be, "Would you recommend this place for a group of ten?", or, "Do they have good views of the Essex Marsh?".
Sometimes people dont update websites. This change was fairly recent though.
It has three. And they'll steal your scallops. So don't order scallops. Too bad, their scallops are delicious.
As far as I know they are not closing. The restaurant seems busy and successful
