I found this place after looking only for somewhere local that offers wash/dry/fold service. After reading mostly good reviews, I dropped off a week’s worth of clothing on Friday after work with a pickup time of the following Saturday around 5pm, just over 24 hour turn around. It was very busy on Saturday for pickup so I grabbed my basket and went home. When I brought my clothes home and unpacked I noticed that all of my work clothes were missing. I work in construction and all of my shirts & sweatshirts are safety neon yellow & orange hi-visibility. I figured they separated them by color and they weren’t put in my basket. Annoying, but no big deal. I called and they told me they didn’t see my clothes anywhere but I was welcome to come look. I drive down and inquire with the women working. No one knows anything but they go through some clothes trying to find mine. Again, this is BRIGHT traffic cone yellow and orange clothing, there’s no missing it. We come up empty handed and I’m getting frustrated. I leave a written message with my name, number, and a description of the clothing missed. I’m told the supervisor will be in tomorrow and she will call me. No call come, so I call and am told the supervisor is gone for the day but they have my message and she will call me tomorrow. This happens every day since. It’s not the following Thursday and I was just told the supervisor will be in tomorrow morning. I have yet to speak with her and I am still missing $250+ of brand name work clothing that needs to be replaced. I’m furious and no one seems to care. I saw a review earlier of a woman who had her work shirts lost and thought it couldn’t be a regular occurrence. It is. Don’t trust them with your clothes because they will be lost and no one will contact you to try to resolve it.

I accidentally left my clothes overnight, Filomena folded them, safe and sound. Reasonable prices, now they even have new machines 😊

After 13 yrs, our home clothes dryer stopped working. We used this place to dry our clothes. After just 2wks, our "new" dryer stopped working. This place saved us, again. Hats off to owner & staff for helping us out!!!
