Drive thru line wrapped around building, they were only taking one order at a time. I've been waiting for a large chili with cheese and a 6 piece nuggets at the pick up window for 10 minutes. Waited in line for 20 to order. I'm on my lunch break, by the time I got back to work I couldn't eat. Unreal. Won't be back. Yes I saw 6 employees through the window so it wasn't fo to lack of employees

This review is very special to me. Let me explain. I went through the drive thru today 4/26 after 1 pm. I have severe mental health issues so one wrong answer in my eyes could be a bad situation. New to the app, I had already known I messed up a coupon pulling up to pay. He tried to add the fries and it didn’t work, I immediately without hesitation said “well can you get someone who can override it?”. I didn’t mean to say this. I had no control of the words. You know what the (I assume manager) did? Just danced through it and we started laughing together. When you choose to work with the public (unknowingly to peoples mental health), you’re held at a higher standard than I would be as the customer and this man demonstrated that perfectly and he may have not even knew it. Also the girl who was up front with him has beautiful eyes. That’s all. You guys rock always!

Terrible. I ordered online ahead. Got there parked in spot marked for online orders. Waited. Then they send me a notice that I have to go through drivethrou. Meanwhile drivethrou is backed up. Called was told they would bring it to me. Girl came out with order must not know where their online orders are suppose to park. She went to someone parked on the other side of building. I called again boy answered he said we don't carry out to cars. I told him she was just out there with my order. He said I had to get in line for drivethro. I was already there for half and hr I said cancel. He hung up.
