5 stars all the way. Its Kept clean and there is food on site at a reasonable cost with decent portion Suze for the price and fast service with a smile. Lot is watched over by staff and lifeguards on duty and secured parking. Handicap accessible as well.

Easy parking and walking to beach. Rest rooms and showers. Didnt try the food. Maybe next time. I just dont understand why it has to cost $30 to park my car for the day.

No...you have to be an owner in order to stay at the park. Guests are allowed but have to get parking passes and key cards from a resident.

These are not rentals
You cannot park your RV for the day, to get in is 25 dollars on a week day and 30 on weekends or holidays
