Never had a problem at this location before except one time when the app let me place an order for Curbside Pickup after they had stopped Curbside for the night, so I was sitting waiting and waiting and waiting for 20 minutes and nobody came out. But I don't blame the location. The app shouldn't have let me order it. But this was different. This Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato looked nothing at all like the picture it was supposed to be. And none of the described flavors were there. It tasted like a colored Iced Coffee. That's all. My guess is this was maybe just too new at the time or maybe not something they have much experience with. They are super nice here and if I paid attention right away, I'm sure they would have given me a replacement.

Asked for a cold brew with sweet foam …got milk n water instead. this is the last time i visit this dunks my whole family avoids them n they're the nearest to my house. Swan st will get our business from now on, train your staff better!
