I went into the store today and needed help with a ring doorbell, Jordon was our tech, not only was he helpful but very knowledgeable as to how the device would work, he also made sure that we could have it installed by geek squad and that we were satisfied. This was one of the best experiences I have had at this store. Thank you Jordon for all your help. This was the north Attleboro store.

I used to avoid Best Buy. Long ago and far away I had been lied to and misled by salesmen working on commission. I swore I would never darken their door again. Necessity brought me back in a few years ago and their employment practices had changed and the staff was helpful and I was satisfied with my purchase. The last few visits have been wonderful. The staff, both sales and technical have been honest, caring and knowledgeable and I love the recycling.

thought I had a good experience when I purchased my dishwasher from Best Buy boy was I mistaken. Set up a delivery 7 AM to 9 AM on a saturday .I got up very early 6 o’clock so I would be ready if they called and now I’m sitting here at 2:30 still haven’t gotten a call from them yet I have called South America Central America who were very nice by the way. any place but the north Attleboro store I cannot connect to find out what’s happening with my delivery I am beyond furious and don’t want to take it out on the two people who are going to deliver and install because I want it to be installed properly but I will never ever ever recommend Best Buy again ever I can’t even see straight ruined an entire day. If they had called me and said we’re not gonna be able to get there till late in the afternoon I would’ve been fine. This is totally unacceptable And not being able to contact the store that I bought it is even worse. Just signed me furious

I love Best Buy, they are pretty good with their deals and price match, recently, I had a lot of help from Marcella when buying and washer and dryer set. She was VERY informative and we bonded over personal stuff. She helped us throughout and really took the time to make sure we were making the right purchase. I would definitely go back again and ask for her!

I have an iPad mini not by choice but because there's an app,that I absolutely need that is only available on the iPad. I have a Samsung that blows it away. Faster, better screen, overall better performance. If it weren't for this app, I'd never have wasted my money. The whole "virus immunity" is a fallacy. I own several PCs and have NEVER had a virus. If you really want performance, spend a little more and get a Microsoft Surface. Hands down a better device....
