Edit: finally, on my 5th attempt at this location over multiple weeks, one of the techs (Jen) showed me some compassion. My partner joined in the room, Jen could see I was struggling, and she expressed deep human empathy. I felt cared for and the appointment was appropriately brief while not feeling rushed or dismissive. Thank you! (Jen: 5 stars, the rest of this location as one collective unit: negative 2 stars) Original review: This is now the 4th time I've been turned away from this location in the last 2 weeks attempting to get a simple blood test performed (which my doctor has ordered). Every single staff I've worked with directly at this location has been dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Further, none of them them can get their story straight... "we've never done x, before" when, a month ago, I was able to walk-in and get x without issue... Today, they were calling numbers between each of the scheduled appointments, but when it finally got to my number, after waiting over an hour, I was unceremoniously asked to leave "we are now closed" - "it is by appointment only, we don't accept walk-ins" - "you must book online" I'm unable to get to any other location and since Quest has a monopoly on these services, I'm forced to keep taking time away from work, hoping maybe this time I might actually get the test my doctor ordered for me days ago. I'd never step foot in this place again, if I could. Avoid it like the plague.

Absolute Quest Diagnostics leadership failure. One employee shouldn't be responsible for everything. The lobby has old out of date signs, fax machine is broken and several patients couldn't check in on the kiosk even though they had printed confirmation. Mask required but not provided and nowhere close to get one.

The person who worked there in September 8, 2022 is a mean, unkind and careless worker. Just 1 employee for dozens of patients. No instructions for a walk in, and when asked she was nasty to people with no appointments. Many people came after me trying to ask her questions and everytime she opened the door and she will shut it!! What kind is establisment is this? No front desk attendant? No phone calls answered?

Wish I could leave a 0-star review. Rude staff, there were a bunch of people in the waiting room and could not figure out how to do a walk-in until one girl showed us how. Wasted 30 minutes sitting there until I got up and left, wasting my entire lunch break. Will absolutely not be going back for anything. I'll stick to Andover, where they actually care.
