Replaced four door panels measured, ordered and installed in about 2weeks. Very happy with Noah.

Our back lanai door was broken by a stone, which had been kicked up by the lawnmower. Glass Doctor of Ocala responded to our Villages address quickly, took careful measurements, and our door has been perfectly repaired, luckily before any severe storms occurred. The installer came when he said, worked quickly, and was very neat, cleaning up every little remaining piece of glass. Would definitely recommend this service.

Mike, our tech was great! He was patient with my questions and did a quick, excellent job. We will be calling Glass Doctor again if we need another windshield replacement.
Ginger Carter
Great job! They came to my house and had the new windshield installed in 45 minutes. Excellent experience!

Hi Briana, We replace broken or foggy glass in doors and windows and we install custom glass shower enclosures. Plus, we replace glass in automobiles, however, we do not work on the exterior front door frames. Do you need glass replaced in an exterior door frame? Regards, Bryan Y. 352-622-7859
Yes that can be done, our Ocala shop only offers mobile service and does not have the proper equipment and cutting tools for your project. We do offer these services in our larger shop in Tampa. Still, please give us a call to discuss and we can make some recommendations or refer you out if necessary. 352-622-7859. Regards, Bryan Y.
Yes! We do replace rollers if needed. Of course, we try to clean the tracks and rollers and adjust first. If that does not work, we will discuss replacing the rollers for you.
Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.
Most likely. However, if the mirror is glued to the wall, there is no guarantee that it can be taken down without breaking. If you can get the existing mirror off the wall, we will need the mirror brought to our shop to cut down. There is no guarantee that the mirror will cut without breaking either. We cannot be responsible if a piece of glass or mirror that belongs to a customer breaks when trying to cut it, but we always do our best to cut carefully.
If you use steam to fog the glass, you will see a tempered logo in one of the corners that shows the glass is safety glass. There are code requirements for safety glass as well. Consult with your local Glass Doctor for those requirements.
Morning Ms. Mace, Replacing foggy double paned patio door glass is one of our specialties; we can definitely help you. Most patio doors are standard sizes that we stock, or we can get quickly, but there are occasional exceptions like special tints, Low-E coatings, hurricane impact laminate and custom sizes that we make special. That said, assuming you have a standard door, and depending on the width and height of your door, your cost to replace should be between $350 - $550.
Morning Ms. Lentz, Only laminated glass, like you find in a windshield, can be chip repaired and even that leaves a blemish because any void is filled with resin, not glass. For table tops, sometimes you can cut the table down depending on the location of the chip, but often that can be more expensive than ordering a new table. Please call our office to discuss your options with one of our experts. (813) 884-6455. Regards, Bryan Y.
Hello Bordens, My apologies for the delay in replying. I had no idea Google My Business added this "Ask a Question" feature and apparently the default setting is not sending us an alert when a question is posted. However, I do really like this new GMB feature and we will be monitoring it going forward. On that note, I don't know how long ago you posted this question but if you still need the service please call to discuss. Most shower doors are tempered glass which can not be cut. However, if your doors are really plexiglass, then they can be trimmed with standard cutting tools. That said, you will probably be happier and better off on price just ordering new shower doors rather than cutting down your existing shower doors. Regards, Bryan Yarborough
