Landry's has outstanding service. I have been shopping at Landry's for over a decade and have only had positive experiences. Bought a bike from here and always get my service done at Landry's. They make sure you purchase quality products but also that you don't buy the most expensive part if it is not necessary. Exactly what all customers want. I highly recommend Landry's.

I appreciated the kindness and practicality of the staff at Landry's in Norwood. When I brought my bike in, the person helping explained my options and answered all my questions. I am a novice, and did not feel intimidated at all. The bike was repaired right in line with the estimated time they predicted. When I picked it up, the associate helped me bring it to the car. He showed me how to take the front tire off to get it in my car without a bike rack and was more than happy to explain a few things about the bike to me.

Bike was in for several days for a rear tire broken spoke. Staff explained spokes are cut at another facility and they would text/email me when ready. Done within several says and reasonably priced. Was able to get in a 20 miler after pickup with no issues. Great fix!

Excellent customer service! Everyone was very helpful. Had the exact bike I was looking for and shoes, cleats, pedals and helmet were all selected with help and advice. Extremely happy and love my new bike.

There is a sign on the door with a number to txt when you arrive, so they can let you know if they are at low enough capacity to enter. I've seen them lock the door when they reach their customer limit.
