It's not the best Wendy's! One soft drink machine is always down, there's never any options for soft drinks. It's like they don't refill the machine. A lot of the staff are younger. They're teenagers. And I have experienced them being very rude. Management there is terrible. I eat there I would say once or twice a month. I live in the area. And it's convenient. They could be more hospitable. And more attentive to the customer. Which they are not. If you're going to eat at Wendy's on Charles Street. Be prepared for high levels of rudeness and disrespect. The end!

Don't worry....go tomorrow and tell them that they gave you the wrong food they will apologize. And tell them they forgot to give you your frosty and they will give it to you. I learned my lesson every time I order food I park in the restaurant parking and I check if they gave me what I order. I do that all the time.
