Ross location management is the worst. I have gone to Angilos Pizza my entire life and the Ross location is the only letdown. Food was made wrong. Asked to have it remade. The female manager tonight refused so I left the hoagie at the store. Poor customer service. Obviously managed by someone unhappy or enjoys power tripping over a hoagie. I'll dispute the charges.

My husband used to order the steak hoagie with mushroom sauce and fried mushrooms when he was a kid; 20 years later he says it still tastes the same. That’s consistency! Very good hoagies and sides at a reasonable price. Served hot when ordered for pick up.
