We appreciate your feedback about the Reliacard. When using an ATM, the withdrawal limit has been reduced for account security. You're still able to take out the maximum daily transaction limit as a cash advance via Visa associated financial institutions by showing an approved ID, in addition to using the card for purchases. I don't know if it's the bank who bought the deals with the ReliaCard but I was told that they still deal with the money and they've been holding mine for over 30 days sitting in their account playing games on sending me a replacement card …Hello, Phillip. A ReliaCard agent will need to access and verify the account, in order to determine the exact reason the you haven't received your card. After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
