Terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Called ahead (as we live an HOUR away) to make sure we can do an even exchange on a memorial day sale. Told at the time of purchase if the shoes do not fit my kid then we can do an exchange. Called ahead and ensured that was correct and I was told indeed it was. Get to the store and find out I have to pay an extra 21$ bc they are running a different sale. They treated me as if I was trying to get something for free. I just wanted to exchange one pair for the correct size. The sales associate even pointed out it was highlighted on my receipt......yah but literally TWO sale associates told me I could return for a correct size for an even exchange. Condescending and rude.

They only allowed 8-10 people into the store at a time, and there was a line of 12+ outside waiting to get in (wait time approx 25 min). No explanation for the line. Sales people standing around doing nothing in the empty store as the line outside stands watching. The pricing at this store is exactly the same as any regular Crocs store, no "outlet pricing". The only sale they had running was buy 1 pair @ regular price, get 50% off a clearance pair, however the clearance selection was 1 tiny rack in the back with awful styles on it. They offered "buy 8 get 5 free" on jibbitz, but reviewing my receipt, I was charged for 10 of the 13 jibbitz I purchased. Seems to be a common complaint based on other reviews. Would have had to wait another 25 min to get back in to get it fixed. I will definitely not return to this store.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Large selection with plenty of sizes and colors to choose from. There's usually a sale of some sort going on.
