The staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me get my toll transponder and I was in and out in about 25-30 minutes.

No appointment needed and yes you can get pictures for passport they give you 2 free if you're a member just make sure background is white and your looking straight to the camera if not you'll have to retake pictures at post office
