I had decent experiences up to this point, even though a lot of machines are down. However, I washed my clothes here today, and when they were done, somehow every washer and dryer was down in the whole shop. The card readers all said "out of service". I called but it went to voicemail. So I had to take my clothes to 37th street laundry to dry. Don't think I'll be coming back

Do not do your laundry here. The only good review is a friend of the owner. There is no attendant and many of the locals say they've tried to call the phone number for lost funds and there is never anybody available. Several Broken machines not marked out of order and it takes your money forces you to add more money onto a card and then hopefully try another machine that works.... You have been warned. Better Business bureau and City Hall were contacted about this ongoing problem.

Literally never seen an attendant. ATM doesn't work. Never seen detergent in the dispenser. Forced into filling paycard that only works there, and there's no cash outs. However. Been my go-to since it opened. It's quiet. Preferable for the introvert in all of us. (Area above paycard machine people leave paycards with funds because they're traveling and won't use them again, good idea to check in even if you don't have the funds.) Industrial machines. Fast AF boi. 56 mins to wash and dry. I bring my dog and walk to TacoBell across the parking lot.

Needs negative statements. Do not go here! Dryers don't dry. No one to report these issues too. This place is only here for the money. Dryer on low heat went to high heat on its on. Never never ever will be back.
