I always have a good experience here at this location. They always have deals on different and interesting books. It's always clean and all of the employees have been helpful and friendly. Sometimes it's hard to get to speak to someone, but sometimes businesses are short staffed and I take that into account. They have a nice collection of tarot and Oracle cards. It's a nice day out.

Always love coming into this Barnes and noble, great place to relax and do work and look around. The employees are all really nice and it has a great selection of books and other things like board games and vinyls. Was very surprised by this and very happy. Highly recommend going if your looking for a place to relax, do work, and read a book.

The store didn't have the book I wanted so they ordered it (300 miles from my house) and I got it the next day. The staff is knowledge was very good, several of them helped me, my children, and my husband. They were really good to the kids which is one way I judge service.

There is a hand sanitizer station at the entrance and social distancing is encouraged. All employees wear masks and there and shields up at the registers.
Just do it, if they mess it up, ask for the manager, when that person walks up, say," I want to talk to the STORE MANAGER", refuse to address your complaint until you either, A. Get the head honcho, or B. Insist on going up the Barnes and ignoble ladder until you get a V.P of public relations or customer relations and unleash all the fury of pent up anger you've been saving up during this pandemic.. you probably will end up with a coupon for a bogo pumpkin bread slice of defrosted yummiest preservative laced fruit cake from Starbucks, a bookmark, and an unauthorized edition of Howard Stearns fartman book..

The last time I was there I did notice that they had an impressive vinyl selection, but I did not notice that one specifically.
