I usually really like shopping Big lots however on this day it was terrible! I leavt in disgust. I'm legally blind and was alone. Working the maze to get to the register for assistance in shopping is impossible. Finally after struggling another shopper took pity and helped me. After getting to the register it was silence for several minutes until I finally called out I was told I would be helped in just a minute. It remained completely silent for several minutes so I leavt. What a disappointment. Apparently, no matter how many times i try to build a bridge between some of my neighborhood destination stores and what the LV/blind and disabled community need some stores and store personal just don't want to build that bridge.

Love Big Lots. Never know what they are gonna have. Great prices. Great employees. They also give me a Veteran discount. Always a great place to buy holiday gifts.

Bought a couch ensemble and one of the pieces was defective. No big deal, but I spoke with manager Brian about it. He went out of his way, above and beyond, and helped me to replace the defective couch with one without flaws, without a hassle. Great guy. Great customer service, and I love my new couches!
