The vibe at this place is, “I will do everything possible to be unhelpful and condescending.” Wife and I made appointments for travel vaccines that they were unprepared to give despite us having called days in advance. We were treated as an inconvenience and encouraged to seek a travel medicine clinic. They advertise vaccine administration at Walgreen’s and this is the only one around that carries them, yet they failed to make even modest efforts to meet their own expectation, let alone ours. A waste of hours of preparation and groundwork on our part. Avoid them if you can.

Pharmacy check out 30 min.in drive thru. They could not save my cc info for delivery as the computers are down. I did not want to go in d/t my new dx of covid...at least 5 people in pharmacy but on way back with my prescription the tech stopped to help people at the counter. What gives????

Made an appointment for early afternoon for vaccine. They called an hour before to tell me they ran out. So here is a *really* simple way to avoid inconvencing your customers: reserve the vaccines for those who schedule and use the rest for walk-ins. Yeah, I know that might actually entail "planning" but it also ensures good customer service, which are two things you are clearly incapable of understanding.

Photo - absolutely no help. Waited for 34 mins before someone showed up to help. Kept coming in and out - i.e., coming over to help, and then disappearing. Also, my pictures came out hazy - but no one cared. I have been going to this Walgreens for quite some time, and never experienced such bad service. Went in store on a weekday and evening time. Absolutely horrendous. Stay away, unless you don't have any other alternative but to go in for photo service. NOTE: this feedback is specific to the photo section only.
