The review that states this is a retirement home that serves food is Misleading and incorrect. This is a 55 and older community. It is not a retirement home. Many residents work in the community. There is no food served here. It is an apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff are great. The building and common areas are spotless. I have been a resident Since it opened in 2017. The Coady School is a great place to live. It is beautifully restored, historic school in a perfect location. It’s within walking distance to doctors, dentists, a pharmacy, library, and post office. Friendly and responsive management and maintenance staff. Close proximity to the Cape Cod Canal, beaches, trails and fishing spots.

What a terrible place. Front desk employees are super rude, and the state of conditions here is squalid. Food is terrible and honestly feels more like a prison than a retirement home.
