Horrible experience. Went inside to place my order, which consisted of 12 wings and nachos. Very simple. Was told a 20 minute wait. I waited for over a hour. The only person to explain to me what was going on was the greeter at the front desk. The manager walked by several times and not once asked if there was an issue or if I have been helped. After I was told by the greeter that my order was lost and a manager would come speak with me, the manager still continued to walk past me without acknowledging my presence at all. 1 hour and 17 minutes exactly I waited for my food without any type of compensation for the mix up. When I finally got my order of course it was incorrect. Please save yourself the stress and do not visit this incompetent location.

Even though short staffed our waitress was friendly timed everything correctly so the appetizers didn't come out with entree. My only complaint was that I ordered a classic mojito and it is the worst I've ever had for $8 it should have had some alcohol in it. Other than that food came out warm and prompt and everything tasted good.

Place has been going downhill for years now. Gave them a chance tonight and realized my order was wrong when I got home. No big deal. My problem was the quality. The wings were dry and looked like a first grader sauced them.

Worst fries I've ever had! I haven't been here for a while but their fries were never this bad. Ordered for a group which cost us over 200 dollars and we all had fried looking like this, stale, dry, hard to crew, and taste like old fries …Hey Khue.
