Check with Zoning department 728-0500 extension 449. Start there and they can either let you know or direct you to who would know best. Might be engineering which is 728-0500 extension 279. Good Luck!
If they are.picking up leaves yet...I've known there to be a limit. Check the city's website to be sure though. 😊
My opinion is because it's too expensive to register a vehicle in Rhode Island
They used to be open late one day a week but according to their website they don't anymore .I would call them .

Yes...drive to back of City Hall.... there's a wheelchair lift to take you to the ground floor . Then you can take the elevator
