Passport appointment was cancelled twice. Said they called, but never got a call or voicemail. Had a 11am passport appointment and waited in line for 10 minutes watching the person in front of me finish their passport application (while another employee knew I was in line for passport services), only to be told I had to reschedule. This appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out. The one star is because there was a kind employee who tried to help.

I wish I could give no stars at all. Service here is horrible. No help at all. Attitudes from employees. I took my business to the USPS in the the Shell station, down the street. They were sweet as pie and the service was fantastic. Above standard. For a state facility you need better customer service.

Its’ really unfortunate, but this post office is actually a beautiful building and most of the staff (that I have met) have been polite… except for one exceptionally rude woman (whose photo has actually been posted below in another review). This isn’t my first encounter with this lady, and had there not been a second one that extended continuously throughout my time being there (had a lot of packages), I would have done the best I could to avoid any situation at all. With continuous snide remarks, and evident blatant disrespect, it lead me no choice but to voice my opinion very abruptly. Needless to say, she got the message, that I was not the one! I wish there were someone I could report this unprofessionalism to, because it sounds to me as I am not the only customer that she is actively scaring away with the nasty behavior. If anyone can provide me with a contact email, or something, I would love to further pursue this issue… I guess basic respect is too much to ask for!
