Have always been good to me. One day i was in a jam, had no cash and needed a gasket. I only had a credit card because our useless tyrannical Government is forcing us this cashless way. The gentleman at the parts counter informed me they don't take credit card on a small purchase. He then told me on a hand shake to take the part home, finish my job and come back Tomorrow and pay like the old day's i came back that same evening and paid but ill never forget that generosity. I haven't seen such a gesture since the 1980's. This goes a long way with me and i,ll always be loyal to Newburgh power equipment as my first stop. Thank you again Newburgh power equipment!

Purchased "NEW" $1100 mower that didnt work 10 minutes into a lawn. I came back the very next day. Owner claimed it needed a new belt. I pointed out all the rusting bolts and stains after giving it a thorough once over. Gave me a hard time claiming they dont have a return policy. Terrible service. 1 star is 1 star too high.

I cannot say enough about the people at Newburgh Power. I needed a part for my old Wheelhorse that I bough many years ago. I had looked up the parts diagrams, and the parts guy (owner's son?) was more than helpful looking for it. None in stock, but he ordered one, and a few days later I got a call to come and get it. And, it was on the pick-up shelf with my name and phone number. I understand that my Toro/Wheelhorse is aging, but the folks at Newburgh Power went above a beyond to get the part, instead of trying to sell me a new tractor.
