This is the worst urgent care you can go to. You will be dealing with rude animals who have no respect or regard for you or your medical concerns. Like the other reviews they are quick to turn you away within seconds providing excuses like the provider is not taking anymore walk-ins and the list goes on. I urge everyone to stay as far away as possible from this place from hell. There are several better locations that are willing to tend to your medical needs and give you and your family the prompt attention they need

Was here as soon as they opened on a Sunday morning. Needed a rapid COVID tests. Was in and out in maybe a half hour tops. That was all the paper work, test and seeing the Physician's Assistant. Staff was friendly and helpful.

they are only 3 stars for a reason. i just went in with heat exhaustion. temporarily paralyzed throughout my body. they ended up just calling an ambulance after taking my blood pressure ..? i went for HEAT EXHAUSTION… im still waiting on the nurse to get me some water after i asked three times. never received such bad service from any establishment let alone an EMERGENCY care facility. everyone in the building should be embarrassed by their actions. they are rated 3 stars for a reason. save your own life go to the hospital.

I'd suggest getting in line online as well or if you walk in make sure you sign in so they hold a spot for you.
Only if the doc or PA that sees you deems it necessary. But I had a standard test done & had results in less than 48hrs. Their wait time/ amount u sit in the office can be quite long but definitely better than waiting 5+ days for results.
