Planned a last minute trip to the Bay Area. I specifically searched for pet-friendly hotels and booked a room online. The details description during booking and my confirmation both indicate pets welcome. Thankfully, I called ahead of time because apparently there are designated rooms for pets (mine was not). I am driving 8 hours, so that would have been a terrible surprise upon arrival. Michelle took my call and was very kind and helpful. She quickly got me set up in a pet friendly room and was even able to extend my stay an extra day. Note to management: I suggest you make the pet policy more clear on both your website and during the booking process. Also, thank you for allowing your guests to travel with their fur babies! ***Update: Super easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Best of all, my dog got her very own welcome package!

The best overall experience, I would have to say is Sandra. Her customer service is A1, courteous, and greeted us when we walked in the 2nd time. The first girl that helped us is rude and unattentive, we walked in and asked if we can check in early, she looked at us if we bothered her from doing nothing and you know how that went - she said no room was available and to check back at 2:30. Second time around is when we encountered Sandra, what a difference, kudos to Sandra to making us feel welcomed.

Positive: It was in a good location. Negative: The gal checking us in talked super fast, as if we were bothering her and she wanted to be done with us. When I asked her about getting breakfast earlier (645am) she said the earliest was 7am.

I made a reservation 4 days in advance, we have 2 service dogs and our conformation stating it was pet friendly and we drove 2 hours away to be denied our room. We had no where to stay. We drove 30 mins away to stay at the Hilton hotel where the welcomed our service animals. We've stayed at so many Best Westerns and never had an issue. We asked for a manager the front desk girl was so unpleasant.
