This place is highly overrated! I've had better breakfast at ihop. Where should I start, my orange juice was warm, the pancakes had onions inside, not to mention the pancake mix sucks! The potatoes were hard, and the bacon and eggs were cold. The server could have been better, but she looked like she had too many tables to deal with and I know there's a staff shortage everywhere. My visit was on Sunday 7/31 around 11am (table 52, the booth on the right corner). We will never come back here again.

5/5! I have been so fortunate to be apart of such an amazing black bear family! I can confidently say that this last year and a half working for this restaurant have been truthfully amazing, I’m so thankful to have gotten a chance to meet such nice and funny people at this place, there is never a dull moment here, I’m so blessed for the lifetime relationships I have made at black bear, thank you everyone for having such a loving and caring spirit, this was the best first job I could have asked for! The shop or store is very cute very clean the staff is very attentive professional and very nice the food was OK it did lack a little bit of flavor but I definitely would go back. We did get lunch so it might be this is more of a breakfast place other than lunch or dinner. Overall we did have a great visit thank you Oakley's black bear diner.
