I bought dud of a Schwinn Carbon Blue professional grade spin bike 11 months ago from Fitness trenz and I have had issues with it ever since. It required service 3 times with the last request not being honored by the extended warranty. They decided that though the extended warranty didn't expire until next month that they would not be authorizing it to be fixed. And I have no recourse. If they didn't sell me an inferior spin bike in the first place it would not need to be serviced. BEWARE do not do business with Fitness Trenz.

Bought a refurbished Keiser m3 from this place for $1000 + tax. Computer went down 18 days after 90 day warranty expired. Called and left messages asking what I should do. Calls weren't returned. I called back and happened to catch the owner on the phone. He basically told me I was SOL. Then he told me if I found a computer on my own I could bring it to him and he'd fix it for $70. I can do that myself but I don't want to put another $300 into something that might blow up in another way on me anyway. Taking cycle to the dump and buying another one elsewhere. $1100 up in smoke.
