I brought in a full, but completely clean oil tank to have emptied. I got it back covered in oil on the outside. I had even provided a rag to wipe it down. Apparently that was just out of the question.

Some people here are not the most knowledgeable. I do not usually write reviews but felt I had to. After some frustration I tried to ask if there was someone more experienced and Matt just stated that he was the manager. No help getting me back on the road, other location was more helpful.
