Called multiple times, I was told they would call me back, but they never did. Their loss of a 10 ton pellet order. I'll take my business somewhere else!

Wish they would have a better system of operation. I totally understand about the short handed in staff I'm self employed and can't find anyone that will show up more than 2 days

The woman working in the store is extremely rude. Arrogant attitude when I asked a few reasonable questions. Obviously she felt I was wasting her time.
