A disappointing Best Buy. I placed an order online for pickup. I arrived after an hour and the item wasn’t ready and they didn’t have an estimate of when it would be ready because there was only one person picking online orders. I waited in the store, it was frustrating to see so many employees standing around and socializing while one person did all the picking. After two more hours they eventually cancelled my order because they couldn’t find the item. They did mention they had some “reserved for other customers” but they couldn’t give them to me. Big waste of time.

This is a pretty solid Best Buy retail location. Especially for PC builders. Component prices are competitive with online retailers. And many promotions are reflected here in their regular pricing. Frankly, a stop in at Best Buy could actually save you time and money compared to next day shipping from Amazon. Store environment is fine. Location could be a little easier to reach. Parking was no issue. It was medium busy when I visited during the workday and I was able to get quick help both at customer service and in the computer department.

Had a horrible experience with Best Buy - Purchased 4 piece kitchen appliance set and paid for installation. They did not deliver cooking range as promised on the deliver date and did not inform (just said it has been delayed when I checked). The installation guys came in and said that they do not have the right tools to dismantle and install so asked me to store all appliance in the garage and rebook an appointment. Pathetic ! No one in Best Buy was apologetic and treated this as a standard practice . I am thoroughly disappointed with Best Buy.

The support for BestBuy is awfull. Sometimes even the website shows products that are not there in the store anymore.
Call them again. I'm not sure if Geek Squad has home service at this location. Also you have to have paid for Geek Squad coverage in any electronic or computer system purchased at Best Buy for them to even assist you. The other alternative is bringing the product needing service to them in store.
