Went in to buy a case for my new phone and a screen protector, there was only one young man working in the phone department. He made sure to keep everyone in the correct line because people were trying to ask him questions instead of waiting in line like everyone else. When it was my turn he got me my stuff and I asked if he could do the screen protector and he did it. Very nice young man they need more workers like him, never lost his patience very knowledgeable and professional , his name is Stefan G. Five stars for this young man.

There were problems in their system with one of my orders, when I arrived. And it took a long time to resolve. They had to call for support. But they were very professional, communicated very well, patient and they were very helpful. I got a little overheated and was feeling a little lightheaded, and before I could say anything, the manager had one of the employees bring me a chair, which is very considerate. When Manager had to leave she made sure someone followed through and got me out the door.

The Geek Squad here is great and the wait, quick. Justin helped me out and he was great. Super attentive and inspired confidence in being able to resolve my computer issues. He also transitioned me onto a plan that ended up saving me a lot of money long term. Will be coming here for all my computer needs.

Customer service is always the best in my opinion on the floor. Best way to buy anything if you're looking for recommendations is to talk to 2 or 3 different people. You will always get different answers which will ultimately give you more information than you need to make an educated decision. Geek squad however is hit and miss, lol. Their computers always have more memory and extras that the cheaper versions at office depot and staples have so read the little writing before you buy from one of those stores 😊

To return a warranty (if it's a seperate item) you take it back with the reciept. Usually within the 2 weeks after purchase, details are usually written on the back of the reciept.

Yes, they do. You'll pay an additional fee for the delivery. Make sure you measure everything first before purchasing and set up some guides for then to install to make the process easier.
They recycle batteries,maybe TV s too.
Yes, it's open but not to walk in and shop. You can order online for pick up and return things as well. Hours are shorter.
