Been to Critter Corner half a dozen times with my Aussiedoodle. She’s always done an ok job with Teddy’s cut but alway seemed to make him look more like a poodle than just trim and cleanup. Even after being very detailed in what I wanted. This week was the last time I’ll go there. Teddy is a long-haired dog, more shepherd than poodle. I was in shock to find out that she had shaven him all the way down to a fraction of his normal hair length. The poor dog won’t even stay outside for more than 5 minutes in the winter weather bc she shaved off his thick coat. As you can see from the before and after photos. Terrible experience.

I drive about 30 minutes to Critter Corner and receive professional and reliable service. My dog is calm and happy when she is in Jenn's care and I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom my dog.

I took my 5 yr old shih-Tzu to her to get groomed. When I went to pick him up I put him in my car and found a tick on his face & I looked him over to see if there was anymore & found one embedded on his ear. How does this happen at a groomers. As I checked him over he had razor burns on his face & next to his ear. I think she did a very unprofessional job. I am so mad for what she did to my dog. I took pictures of the razor burns. Wish I could post them. I will never go back to her again. You people that do go to her make sure you check your dog's all over & good luck😡
