The container was in relatively good shape, the top was partly damaged but still kept the rain out. Delivery and pickup were on time and done efficiently. We'll see how the delivery after the 1000 mile move works out.

Hidden costs. This business actually charges you to move your container to the next site on top of charging the initial delivery and monthly rental of the pod. I scheduled to have he POD picked up on a Friday and they never showed up. When i called to find out where they were, I was told it was scheduled for Saturday which I never scheduled on a Saturday since I work. I was never sent ant communication from them. I will never use them again. Do no use them . Hidden costs and lack of communication is their downfall. My recommendation is stay far far away

We were supposed to receive our Pod on 8/30 from the Albany facility. We waited around the whole day they told us at 11 that they would deliver within the hour. Then when I called back they said they couldn't deliver until the 2nd. They don't even reach out to you to let you know anything. You have to hound them, which I don't like doing. You can't speak to the facility you have to speak to customer service in another state. When I called this morning they said you will get you Pod tomorrow the 1st of September. Now they are saying the 2nd again, because not 1 but two trucks broke down. They have 6 other drivers and our Pod was supposed to be delivered the 30th. They give you the run around and it feels like they are just blowing smoke. Very disappointed. I will never use Pods again. They have soured me through this experience. They have no regard for people having to work or having to cancel plans, because they don't bother to let you know. I am not holding my breath that it will get delivered on the 2nd.
