Been coming to this office for about 3 years and it's OK at best. Long waits and shuffling between rooms is the norm as noted in other reviews. Was surprised this morning to be told they do not do fittings for new contact lenses. I guess we're looking for a new eye doctor on our vision plan.

Receptionist is excellent. Office person is a piece of work. I arrived 14 min late, and was told the Dr. was running late. Since "I" was late though, they would not honor my appointment, even though the Dr. would not have taken me at my scheduled time anyway. I was told I was getting angry for "no reason" by the office person. Could be rebooked in an unreasonable time, eventhough I'm legally blind due to cataract in one eye. I was late, as people are, for very good reason. And upset for a better one!! Dr. Feldman deserves better and so do I.

When I made my appointment, I specificallly asked for a doctor that specializes in Lasik/Kamra procedures. I finally get into the appointment and NO ONE knows anything about Kamra (including doctor that told me it is not done in the United States. I had it done in Rochester, NY). I also don't like that they tell you it is a 1 1/2 hour appointment and then I finally leave 2 1/2 hours later with only the procedures done in one eye because they don't know how to check the Kamra. My time is just as important as their"s. And now I have to wait a full year for another exam because of insurance. Will not recommend this place to anyone
