This place so cheap went from tablet sign in to taking number like deli department in the grove stores. WTH going on in that place. The make things more complicate than before.

visited this facility to get a fasting blood test. There was only one person assigned to draw blood and a waiting room full of people. The wait was 97 minutes. Unacceptable. Who wants to sit in a waiting room full of people during Covid after fasting for 97 minutes. They need to assign additional staff!

I had to get blood testing from 2 drs. so there were 5 bottles that had to be filled. I have thin veins from taking copaxone for 20 years. I asked her to draw from my hand. She said I don't know if I can do that many bottles out of your hand. I felt like saying "that's your only job here". She didn't fill three bottles all the way and I got a call that I had to redo from insufficient blood sample. I will never use that facility again.
