The burgers are top notch. The fries or good. The subs are ok. The service is really good. They have Pepsi products. The cook time was longer than a fast food joint but quicker than a sit down. I really liked my experience and would return.

Stopped in for the first time today and was not disappointed!! We ordered The Smasher with cheese curds and an Italian with ranch chips and it was awesome! Here’s what a super burnt Nashville Hot looks like. Called and the person on the other end of the phone was super rude and mean. Like, dude, I didn’t burn the sandwich...I was just asking for some that was edible! Mistakes happen, but no need to be angry at the customer. Sadly, it was the last time I ordered from BG burgers.James, this was obviously handled very poorly by our staff. I would love to make this right for you. If you see this response, please call the store at 419 352 3663 and ask for Scott. I am the owner of the restaurant, and this is not what we are about.
