Mike Clum’s auction team were very dismissive and rude to customers and I heard multiple counts of negative comments. Never went over certain details pertaining to events and poorly advertised an event. They do not discuss legalities nor do they work well with people. Very disappointed in the whole experience.Unfortunately, there is not a Theresea Phillipss in our records nor in our client database. We have reported this fake account to the appropriate authorities at Google. How alarming that Google allows someone to create a fake account and post false statements.
