A very nice place but there is no choir except for the 3 singers. The pastor criticizes people leaving the rostrum, forbids leaving the church at certain times and the only people singing are tourists, who are the vast majority of the church. Plus you have to pay $ 5 to enter and wear a mask. Saturday, August 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A place not worth entering if you want to see a real gospel

I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or because it's like this now, the whole church was full of tourists, only two people doing choirs and another playing the piano, which isn't a question of seeing whoopi goldberg either, but for that, they shouldn't admit tourists or sell it like gospel mass in harlem

It costs nothing to enter to visit this historic Black Church in the Harlem Community. All visitors are free to worship here. We do take up and offering and invite our members and all who attend to support the ministries that we offer to the community.
