Created in 1820 and founded by Clement Clarke Moore, the writer of "Twas the Night Before Christmas". What an amazing place and amazing to know that these places are still around!

Most welcoming and hospitable church experience ever...I've been attending services at St. Luke's -- as one of my best friends has been a parishioner there for many years -- over the last decade and a half (special occasions, services, etc.) -- and have always felt, well, how can one put it? -- quite cared for. And what a beautiful, hypnotic and celestial voice...Mother Caroline! Wow! ! !

I'm not sure but call the church. I think you can schedule a time.

When the church was founded in 1820, it really was “in the fields” north of the central area down by Trinity Church.
