My daughter drinks only soy formula and after calling and speaking to the nutritionist, my wic was updated. Both ladies were kind and patient. My daughters name is also abstract and they didn’t give me any trouble. I’m not sure what happened with these other people but they are always so great with me.

Everyone on the staff was so kind and professional. I went to get immunizations for my toddler and he's super not big into needles. They were so helpful and even though it was a difficult process they did it very quickly and were so sweet. The only downside, and it's frankly kind of major, is there was a long, long wait. I arrived right at 8 am and 9 people were ahead of me. We didn't leave until 10:30. I understand totally that it is a walk-in clinic and some days are busy but it was pretty stress inducing to try to get a 1.5 year old to wait that long in relative peace. Thank goodness for YouTube, I guess. There is only 1 waiting room, unlike the Spotsy Health Dept, and it is not exactly child friendly (in terms of having toys, which I get is a total luxury! but it's not uncommon) so definitely get very antsy. I think I would be okay bringing an older child that can entertain themself or even a younger one that just wants to be bounced around, but I would avoid going here with a kid in the nosy/grabby/running around phase.

I had an appointment Wic mid-recertification that I missed because I had to take my child to Court and it was on the same day. The court hearing went over and I missed the recertification. I called to let the office know afterwards that I was in Court. The lady that called me back from the health department made an appointment for next Wednesday. I explained to her that my six month infant son would run out of milk. She was nasty talking to me like I was a hand out and explained that they had a full house over fifty people and oh well basically. I told her okay thank you. She made me feel like I was a Charity case. I called and canceled my WIC all together and let her know I would find another way for my son. We are working people, my husband pays taxes like everybody else! When people need a little help that’s not the way you make them feel. Especially when the baby is about to run out of milk, and the mother is stressed! Learn to have better customer service and compassion!

No, it is provided free of charge based on your income.
Not that I know of since its in the same office as health department....
Stafford Health Department provides Family Planning and Maternity services. If you are a patient in either of these programs you might be able to be treated for a UTI. The decision is the clinicians. Stafford Health Department does not provide Primary Care or general medical services.
