Take 5 Oil Change

Take 5 on mayfield rd in south euclid. I use to use to come to take 5. However last month I received an oil change and also a big surprise. After laying for a oil change and a new filter. The technicians never screwed my filter back on correctly, which causes my check engine light to come on. Which then positioned me to get a smoke test which cost me $100.00. When my mechanic realized that the someone had been under my hood. I explained I went to take 5 on mayfield road in south euclid and received and oil change and new filler. He looked and to his surprise surprise. The technician failed to do his job. He couldn’t and didn’t even have the decency to screw my filter screws back correctly. I called to get some type of reimbursement, however I haven’t even received a call back from the store manager. Soo if you want poor service and poor customer service. Take 5 is your place !!!

Went to the one in Cleveland heights on Lee road and they said I'm good for 6 months and it's only been two my truck just stop running the mechanic said I have NO oil period! Now I'm hoping I can get my engine unlocked . If not take 5 owes me a engine

Went in for a routine oil change. They were out of washer fluid, and I had to ask for air in my tires. Aren’t those things standard and included in the rate? But, here’s the kicker. They removed the splash guard from under my carriage, and NEVER replaced it. Little did I know, until on a road trip we start hearing a scraping noise from under the car. Had to pull into an auto shop, where they proceeded to tell me the damage that had been done to my undercarriage. There is an additional piece down there that attaches to the splash guard that was hanging down and scraping as I drove. Take 5 has assumed responsibility for the damage and is ordering a replacement part. I will be going to the dealer to have it fixed, as I do not trust the techs at this shop and will not return for service. The tech that worked on my car should be reprimanded, and I should also be getting a refund for my oil change with all of the issues this has caused.

Stop to get an over due oil change. There were cars before me so wait was 30 minutes. But I do understand first come first served. Guy who serviced me appear to be calm cool collective and. professional. He answered all my questions. Explained with details. And even suggested other resources for my concerns. I was satisfied so I tipped him. At end of departure he told me to have a great day and be safe.👊
