No you do not. There is an application that you have to fill out to determine your eligibility but credit score is not one of the things they check.
It is based off of your income. The apartments themselves are $798, with everything included, however that is not what you will necessarily pay. For example, if your monthly income is $500, you will pay 30% of that, $150, for your rent. It is all income based.
It goes by your income. So, mine is. 1761 estimated. And i have two boys. And my rent is 588.
Yes and no. There are guidelines for pets. Let's say you have a cat. The cat must be up to date on all of their shots and you will have to pay a one time, non refundable, $300 pet deposit for the cat. You may not exceed 2 pets (cats, dogs). Dogs cannot exceed 40 pounds and you must clean up after them. There are some pets that are not allowed however. I don't know off the top of my head which ones, but I remember rabbits being one.
